Group Sales Information


Welcome to the world of group sales and discounts! These guidelines will assist you in placing your group reservation with Broadway In Detroit events at the Fisher Theatre, Detroit Opera House and other venues. Personal and professional service, priority seating and group discounts are just a few of the perks we offer to your group when you visit our theatres in Detroit. There are no deposits and no service charges on group tickets.



To make reservations or purchase group tickets, contact the Group Sales Central Office, Monday thru Friday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Email: and use the name of the show you are interested in as your subject line, call (313) 871-1132, or fill out the group sales form by clicking here. Order early for the best seats! Seating locations are determined by the date and time of your reservation.

Group minimum requirements vary depending on the performance. Please call or email the Group Sales Central Office for details and to make an advance reservation. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. When making your reservation, give a realistic maximum number of seats to be held for your group. If you have any special requests or are in need of handicap seating, please let us know at the time you place your order. An invoice will be sent shortly after your seats are reserved, outlining the number of seats held, ticket price, payment deadline and seat locations. Please read through the invoice carefully and call or email us if there are any questions or if you would like to increase or decrease your order before payment.


  • Mailing Payment*:  Full payment in the form of ONE check or money order (U.S. funds) should reach us on or before your payment deadline date. Make check or money order payable to the Fisher Theatre. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. 
  • Charging Payment*:  To charge tickets, fill out the appropriate credit card information on the bottom of your group sales invoice and remit to the Group Sales Central Office at the Fisher Theatre by mail or fax. The signature of the charge bearer is required to process all credit card orders.

        *Tickets will be sent by mail if payment is received on or before your due date.

  • Paying in Person:  Bring your invoice to the Fisher Theatre box office from 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m Monday-Friday. The group sales office is not open on weekends.  It will be just a short wait for your tickets to be processed. 

Final payment for group tickets must be received no later than the due date specified unless other arrangements have been made through the Group Sales Central Office in advance. Once tickets have been paid for and pulled from the computer system, any reserved tickets not used will be release for sale and your account will be closed. Any additional tickets needed once your order is paid will be filled on a best-available basis and must be in an additional group of 10 or more.

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased through Group Sales.

Fisher Theatre Spotlight Room
The Fisher Theatre is our Spotlight Room located on the lower level of the theatre. This VIP lounge is available to groups of 30 or less and is available an hour and a half before the performance as well as during intermission.
For a nominal charge, your group will enjoy an elegant, exclusive environment with comfortable seating, private restroom, coat check and cash bar with bartender. To make a reservation for The Spotlight Room, please phone  313-872-1177,
