Thank you for being our subscribers and continuing to support us as we are going through this difficult time. We have received out pouring support from you and cannot thank you enough. Our nation faces an unprecedented situation, and we understand the uncertainty we're all facing. To ease some stress, season ticket renewals will continue until further notice, as we are not instituting a renewal deadline at this time. While we prefer that you renew as soon as possible, we understand if you choose to wait a little while.
We will let you know as soon as a time frame is set for the renewal period to end, with plenty of notice for you to complete your renewal if you have not yet done so. We will continue to communicate news about your season ticket package, upcoming shows, and other information as we have it. We appreciate your support and patience as we navigate a fluid situation.
Regarding your tickets for Dear Evan Hansen: If you have not notified us how you'd like us to allocate your Dear Evan Hansen funds, the deadline to use those monies toward your 2020-21 renewals has passed.
In order to process refunds in a timely manner, we can no longer apply your Dear Evan Hansen funds toward the new season. Anyone who has not contacted us will be receiving a refund to their original form of payment. If there is an issue with refunding your original form of payment, as soon as we can safely return to the office we will contact you. In the meantime if you have any concerns please email Subscriptions@broadwayindetroit.com.
