Fisher Theatre Box Office Refund Request Form


Please fill out this form if you purchased tickets for a cancelled or postponed event IN PERSON at the FISHER THEATRE box office, or if you've been directed to do so by a member of our box office staff.

If you purchased tickets for a cancelled performance through Ticketmaster and have not yet received your refund, please contact Ticketmaster's customer service.

Please fill out the form below if you purchased your tickets in person at the Fisher Theatre box office for a cancelled performance or if you wish to request a refund for a postponed performance that you cannot attend.

Doing so will cause more delays as we will not know which entry is legitimate or if you have multiple ticket purchases.

It may take our office up to 30 days to process your request. If you have not received a response from us within 30 days, please contact us at that time.

To process your request, we need the following information from ONE of your printed tickets. You can use the sample ticket image above to find this information on your ticket. Please enter the information on the top row below.

Note: If you are requesting a refund for more than 1 ticket, you must fill out the needed ticket information for all tickets. After you fill out the first ticket, click "Add Another Ticket" and fill that out. We will only be able to refund the ticket information given to us.
