Please fill out this form if you purchased tickets for a cancelled or postponed event IN PERSON at the FISHER THEATRE box office, or if you've been directed to do so by a member of our box office staff.
If you purchased tickets for a cancelled performance through Ticketmaster and have not yet received your refund, please contact Ticketmaster's customer service.

Please fill out the form below if you purchased your tickets in person at the Fisher Theatre box office for a cancelled performance or if you wish to request a refund for a postponed performance that you cannot attend.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM MULTIPLE TIMES.
Doing so will cause more delays as we will not know which entry is legitimate or if you have multiple ticket purchases.
It may take our office up to 30 days to process your request. If you have not received a response from us within 30 days, please contact us at that time.
