Group sales discounts are available for select performances and price levels and group minimums may vary depending on the show.
We have announced our 2024-25 Broadway In Detroit Season! If you'd like to receive information on group sales prices and details for one of our season shows, please join our email list today.
We are no longer sending group mailers for every show, therefore it is very important to sign up for our email blasts if you wish to receive the latest information on Broadway In Detroit group discounts. Please add [email protected] to your "Safe Senders" list and make sure that our emails do not go to your spam or junk folders. If you are not receiving emails after signing up with us, please email us to verify you are on our list.

GROUP SALES POLICIES
These guidelines will assist you in placing your group reservation with Broadway In Detroit events at the Fisher Theatre, Detroit Opera House and other venues. Personal and professional service, priority seating and group discounts are just a few of the perks we offer to your group when you visit our theatres in Detroit. There are no deposits and no service charges on group tickets.
You can submit group inquiries and future group reservation requests by email to:

ORDER EARLY FOR THE BEST SEATS! SEATING LOCATIONS ARE DETERMINED BY THE DATE AND TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Group minimum requirements vary depending on the performance. Please contact us for details and to make an advance reservation. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
When making your reservation, give a realistic maximum number of seats to be held for your group. If you have any special requests or are in need of accessible seating, please let us know at the time you place your order. An invoice will be sent shortly after your seats are reserved, outlining the number of seats held, ticket price, payment deadline, and seat locations. Please read through the invoice carefully and call or email us if there are any questions or if you would like to increase or decrease your order before payment.
TO PAY FOR GROUP TICKETS
Mailing Payment*: Full payment in the form of ONE check or money order (U.S. funds) should reach us on or before your payment deadline date. Make check or money order payable to ATG Detroit. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD*:
To pay with a credit card, please contact our office with your FINAL ticket count at [email protected]. Once we receive your final count we will notify you by email when your final invoice is ready. Once we contact you, or if you are paying for all the seats you’ve reserved, please visit our MyBroadwayInDetroit account page, click Sign In and follow the prompts to access to your My Broadway In Detroit Account (you may need to create an account with your email address that corresponds to this invoice). Select My Profile and then My Invoice and proceed to pay for your tickets with ONE credit card payment. While we do not recommend sending credit card information by mail, you can do so by completing the form at the bottom of this invoice and mailing it to the address above.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not need all of the tickets you have reserved, please contact us with your final count so that we can send a final invoice for online credit card payments. If paying my mail (check or credit card below), you may simply cross off the number of total tickets reserved and write in your final count on this invoice.
If you are paying for group tickets for Million Dollar Quartet, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, or The Hip Hop Nutcracker, follow the instructions for paying online found on your invoice.

PAYING IN PERSON
Bring your invoice to the Fisher Theatre box office from Noon to 4:30pm Tuesday-Friday. The group sales office is not open on weekends. It will be just a short wait for your tickets to be processed.
Final payment for group tickets must be received no later than the due date specified unless other arrangements have been made through the Group Sales Office in advance. Once tickets have been paid for and pulled from the computer system, any reserved tickets not used will be released for sale and your account will be closed. Any additional tickets needed once your order is paid will be filled on a best-available basis and must be in an additional group of 10 or more.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased through Group Sales.
GROUP SALES DISCLAIMERS
The following disclaimers apply to Broadway In Detroit Group Sales.
Broadway In Detroit reserves the right to offer group sales discounts at its discretion and at the direction and approval of its producers and partners.
Not all shows offer group sales discounts. Not all shows offer group sales opportunities, even at box office prices.
Group sales prices are subject to change at any time for any reason.
In the event of a change in group pricing, the original contracted group price will apply for the number of tickets set forth in the original contract. Additional tickets reserved or sold after the original contract has been fulfilled will be contracted at the group price in effect when the additional tickets are reserved.
Broadway In Detroit gives priority to pre-formed groups over retail group sales agents and reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to brokers and third-party resellers. We may choose to restrict or revoke ticket sales to any group leader or agent for any reason at any time at our discretion.
