How to buy tickets
For your convenience, you can buy tickets online, by phone, in person or by mail.
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept payment by cash or check (U.S. funds). Payment by check accepted up to 15 business days prior to performance date. A $35 fee will be assessed for all NSF returned checks. No money orders.

Tuesday - Friday: Noon - 5pm
Closed on Monday
During Events, the box office is open until showtime.
When there is an event in the building, the box office is open on Saturday & Sunday as follows:
Saturday: Noon - Showtime
Sunday: Noon - Showtime

You cannot buy tickets to non-Broadway In Detroit productions at our box office.
BY MAIL
Indicate in writing three performance dates with times, section of the theatre and the number of tickets. We must receive your order at least 15 days before your first desired performance date. Include: name, address, daytime phone number, credit card number with expiration date—VISA, American Express, MasterCard or Discover. A $5.00 per order service charge will be applied. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope and allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. If time permits, tickets will be mailed, otherwise you will be notified to pick your tickets up at the box office on the day of show. Send your order with payment to:

AGE LIMIT
As a courtesy to our patrons, it is the policy of Broadway In Detroit not to admit children under the age of 5. This policy may be altered from time to time based on Shows and Show content. You will be made aware of particular age restrictions during your purchase. Some shows make further age appropriate recommendations and Broadway In Detroit will provide those on its website; however, judgment of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase. When available, Broadway In Detroit provides links to show websites for further information. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
INTERPRETED SHOW
For Broadway In Detroit engagements with multiple performances please visit the show page on this site for details on the scheduled interpreted performance. (Click on the Shows at the top of this page.) If there is not an interpreted show scheduled, we will be happy to accommodate your request as long as it is received at least 40 days prior to the performance.

Broadway In Detroit follows Ticketmaster's General Ticket Purchase Policy which can be found HERE.
Broadway In Detroit's Exchange/Refund policy: Once your ticket purchase is complete, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event that a performance is cancelled or postponed, our event cancelation policies below will apply.

An important note about third-party tickets
Broadway In Detroit is not responsible for tickets sold through third-party resellers, tickets sold through any site or person other than Ticketmaster or the venue box office. Patrons who have purchased tickets through third party resellers should contact their point of purchase regarding the resellers’ policies.

In the event that a performance is cancelled ...
If you purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster.com, our office and/or Ticketmaster will contact you via the email address you used to purchase your tickets. In some cases, you may have opted out of receiving email from Ticketmaster or Broadway In Detroit. In this case, we will not be able to reach you and you should check our website frequently for updates. Show cancellation policies will vary by performance based on the event cancelation circumstances and procedures set by the producers of the canceled performance. In most cases, you will have the option to obtain a credit to use for future performances within a certain period of time, OR to receive a refund.
In the event that a performance is postponed ...
If you purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster.com, our office and/or Ticketmaster will contact you via the email address you used to purchase your tickets. In most cases your tickets will be good for the rescheduled dates. If you will be unable to attend the rescheduled performance dates, additional options for credits or refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
We won tickets at an event/giveaway, or were given complimentary tickets.
How do we get compensation or exchanges for them since we did not purchase and our email is not associated with them?
In the event the performance is canceled, or you cannot make the new date, we unfortunately cannot provide any compensation as your complimentary giveaway tickets have no cash value.
