How to use Mobile Tickets

This is your Broadway In Detroit Mobile Ticket Guide

There are different sections for different types of purchases. Click on the one that applies to you.
If you aren't sure, prior to December 2023, All tickets used for Broadway In Detroit shows will be available on Ticketmaster. We will update this page with the most up-to-date details in late November / Early December.

If you have purchased tickets to one of the following shows, your mobile tix will be available through your Ticketmaster Account.

The easiest way to view and manage your tickets is with the Ticketmaster App.

Login to your account.
Please make sure you are using the same email that you used to purchase your tickets.

Once in your account, you can tap MY EVENTS to view your orders.
Tap on your tickets for the show and save them to your phone or wallet.
PLEASE SAVE THE TICKETS TO YOUR DEVICE. This will enable you to view your tickets even if you are not connected to the internet.

When you arrive at the door, simply open your wallet tap on your event and our staff will scan your ticket QR Code.

If you have multiple tickets, have all members of your party with you and our door hosts will swipe and scan each ticket in your party.

  1. Open the Ticketmaster App and sign in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Events and select the event to view your tickets.

  3. Tap Transfer.NOTE: If the Transfer button is grayed out, your tickets are not eligible for transfer.

  4. Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and tap Transfer To.

  5. Enter your recipient's information, including their mobile number or email address and an optional note.TIP: If a mobile number is entered, a link to claim the ticket will open within a text message–all you need to do is press send! If an email address is entered, a link to claim the ticket is sent via an email message. 

  6. Tap Transfer Ticket.  

Your transferred tickets will show as sent.
When your recipient has accepted them, the ticket will show as claimed. You will receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted by your recipient.
After a successful transfer, the ticket is no longer valid for entry from your account.

My Broadway In Detroit Account

The following ticket holders will have a My Broadway In Detroit Account
- Season Ticket Holders / Subscribers
- Complimentary Ticket Recipients
- Advertising & Marketing Partners
- Some Group Leaders & Group Patrons

If you have a My Broadway In Detroit Account, Please login to your My Broadway In Detroit Account HERE

- Note: You will need to log in using the email address associated with your account.

- If you forgot your password, follow the prompts to recover, or reset it. You will need access to your email account to do so.
- Once in your account, you can go to "My Events" to view your tickets, save them to your wallet, or transfer them to someone else.

To View Your Tickets, select your show and tap on your tickets. You will have the option to save these to your phone or wallet. 

PLEASE SAVE THE TICKETS TO YOUR DEVICE. This will enable you to view your tickets even if you are not connected to the internet.

To transfer tickets to someone else, tap transfer, select the tickets you wish to transfer, enter the person's mobile number and email and tap Transfer.  IMPORTANT: the person receiving these tickets must ACCEPT THEM. They may need to create their own My Broadway In Detroit account, so please do this before you arrive at the theatre doors.

Your tickets will arrive as a PDF attached to your confirmation email sent from ATG Tickets. If you can’t find your eTickets please try these tips: 

  • Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.

  • Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.

  • Make sure the right email address is being used. eTickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

How to use an eTicket:

  1. Open the ticket confirmation email which has the PDFs attached. This is separate to your order confirmation email.

  2.  Download the PDF eTickets to your phone.

  3.  Display the eTickets to staff when you arrive at the venue.  

How do I add my eTickets to Apple Wallet?

We'll send you your eTickets attached to your order confirmation email, unless specified that these will be sent at a specific time. If available, links will be visible in this email directing you to 'Add to Apple Wallet' next to each seat. Clicking on each link will add that seat's eTicket to your Apple Wallet. When you arrive at the venue, please present the pass for scanning.

Please note that Apple Wallet is intended for use with Apple products only, such as iPhone, iPod and Apple Watch. Third-party apps are available to download the pass onto an Android device.

You can also PRINT your PDF eTickets from your computer or phone to a traditional printer at home and bring the printed PDF with you to the theatre to be scanned.

Forwarding Your Tickets
You will receive ONE Emailed PDF which will have multiple pages with each of your tickets.

If your entire party will not be arriving together, you can forward your eTicket confirmation to other members of your party, however, we STRONGLY recommend that you do one of the following things when forwarding your eTickets.

  • Communicate clearly to the members of your party which ticket they should have scanned on arrival as only one scan per ticket is allowed. For ease of entry, your guests should make sure their ticket/seat is showing when presenting their eTicket to be scanned.

  • Use a PDF editor program (such as AdobePro) to extract each PDF ticket as its own file, or print each page separately as its own PDF and send the tickets to your guests. ONCE AGAIN: If you choose to do this, be very careful which tickets you send.

  • Print out your PDFs at home and distribute physical printed pages to your guests prior to arrival.

If you cannot find your email or have lost your tickets
Please contact our phone center at (313) 887-1256 for assistance with your order. You can also visit the FISHER THEATRE box office during regular box office hours. If it is the night of the event, please arrive extra early to allow time for our box office to assist you prior to the performance.

Group Tickets

At this time, our Group Sales Office is NOT delivering eTickets to our group leaders.

If you are small party (less than 10) who has ordered tickets online through our website, please follow the instructions above for forwarding or distributing your tickets to members of your group.
