2024 Subscriber Guide

With the launch of our 2024-25 Season, Broadway In Detroit subscriptions are moving to ATG Tickets.

Below you'll find the latest guides available for your ATG Tickets Subscription. When your first set of tickets for the 2024-25 season are ready, we will update this guide with instructions for downloading, exchanging, and more.

If you have have renewed your subscription or are a new subscriber, you can log in to your account below. To see your seats in your current season, click on tickets and orders on the left and you'll be able to see the seats currently assigned for each of your shows.

When your tickets are available for download - usually about 7-10 days prior to individual tickets going on sale - you'll receive an email from us letting you know that your tickets for that show are available to download.  At that time, we will update this subscription guide with more details on how to save your tickets, forward your tickets, and more.

Log Into your ATG Tickets Subscriber Account

If you are a previous subscriber and have not yet activated your ATG Tickets account, you can do so now by following the instructions below.

Activate Your ATG Ticket Account

Instructions for Your New Account on ATG Tickets:

1. A new account has been created in ATG Tickets for your subscription using the email we currently have for your My Broadway In Detroit account.

2. Click HERE to renew your subscription.

3. You will have to request a temporary password to use upon your first login. Once you’ve entered your email address, select “Forgot Password.” The system will email you a temporary password to use to access your account.

   1. IF you already have an ATG Tickets account, simply enter your password to continue. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password."

   2. After you request your new password, you may need to check your spam folder if you do not receive your password within a couple of minutes.

4. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

5. After your account is activated, you will be taken to a Renewal offer (Invoice).

6. If you wish to renew, please accept the offer.

   1. When doing so, you will have an opportunity to request any seat upgrades or changes to your existing subscription.

   2. If you are happy with your existing subscription details, please proceed to the next step.

7. After accepting the offer, you can choose to set up a payment plan, or pay in full for your subscription.
