2024 Subscriber Guide

Current Subscribers: Log in to your account above (Subscriber Log-in) or below.

To see your seats in your current season, click on "Events and Tickets" on the left and you'll be able to see the seats currently assigned for each of your shows.

When your tickets are available for download - usually about 7-10 days prior to individual tickets going on sale - you'll receive an email from us letting you know that your tickets for that show are available to download.  At that time, we will update this subscription guide with more details on how to save your tickets, forward your tickets, and more.

If you have not yet activated your ATG Tickets account, you can do so now by following the instructions below. Please Note... if you have purchased a subscription, but not set up an ATG Tickets account, please contact our office before creating a new account. Our office will provide you with your account number and a temporary password to use for your first time.

Log-in to ATG Tickets To Purchase Season Extras

With the launch of our 2024-25 Season, Broadway In Detroit subscriptions are now on ATG Tickets.

Above you'll see 2 Logins. The first is to for managing your Subscription Account. The Second is to purchase tickets to our Season Extras such as Mean Girls, and concerts & events that go on sale after May 10, 2024.

Subscribers not only receive pre-sale offers or discounts, but you also enjoy the benefit of lower service fees for our Broadway Shows - so use this link when purchasing tickets for Broadway In Detroit shows.

Activate Your ATG Ticket Account

Instructions for Your New Account on ATG Tickets:

  1. A new account has been created in ATG Tickets for your subscription using the email we currently have for your My Broadway In Detroit account.

  2. Click HERE to access your account.

  3. You will have to request a temporary password to use upon your first login. Once you’ve entered your email address, select “Forgot Password.” The system will email you a temporary password to use to access your account.

    1. IF you already have an ATG Tickets account, simply enter your password to continue. (if you have received a temporary password from our office, enter it here) If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password."

    2. After you request your new password, you may need to check your spam folder if you do not receive your password within a couple of minutes.

  4. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
