Subscription Renewals


Beginning with your renewals for our 2024-2025 season, Subscription accounts are moving to ATGTickets. We are very excited to roll out this new Subscriber program and hope that the instructions below will enable you to easily sign in, renew your subscription, and prepare for a season we truly believe is going to be SO GOOD.

We also know that last year there was some disruption to your exchange privileges for the final two shows of the season (Wicked and To Kill a Mockingbird), and we understand the frustration this caused some people.

We are pleased to say that for this coming season, once your tickets are available for download you will have full exchange privileges reinstated and you will be able to exchange your tickets for all shows (subject to availability) up until 24hrs before your performance date so that you can have total flexibility over your subscription. 

Instructions for Your New Account on ATG Tickets:

  1. A new account has been created in ATGTickets for your subscription using the email we currently have for your My Broadway In Detroit account.

  2. Click the link above or HERE to renew your subscription.

  3. You will have to request a temporary password to use upon your first login. Once you’ve entered your email address, select “Forgot Password.” The system will email you a temporary password to use to access your account.

    1. IF you already have an ATGTickets account, simply enter your password to continue. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password."

    2. After you request your new password, you may need to check your spam folder if you do not receive your password within a couple of minutes.

  4. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

  5. After your account is activated, you will be taken to a Renewal offer (Invoice).

  6. If you wish to renew, please accept the offer.

    1. When doing so, you will have an opportunity to request any seat upgrades or changes to your existing subscription.

    2. If you are happy with your existing subscription details, please proceed to the next step.

  7. After accepting the offer, you can choose to set up a payment plan, or pay in full for your subscription.

NOTE: Your deadline to renew your 2024-25 Subscription is Friday, March 29. After this deadline we will begin releasing subscription tickets and will not be able to guarantee that your subscription seats will still be available.
